Founded by jef chippewa in 1999, shirling & neueweise (SN) have prepared digitally engraved scores for numerous internationally based composers and ensembles (mathias spahlinger, Bernhard Lang, Pierre Béland, ensemble recherche) and publishing houses (PEERMusic Classical). SN’s work is highly regarded internationally for its æsthetic qualities as much as for its precision and attentiveness to detail.

Since 2005 chippewa is the Administrative co-Director of the Canadian Electroacoustic Community (CEC) and the Coordinating Editor of their online journal for electroacoustics, eContact! In 2007 he was Project Manager for the CEC’s Electroacoustic Seminars held in eight venues across Canada.
